Session Fee
The session fee covers time and talent and does not include any images unless otherwise specified during periods of special offers/promotions. The session fee is payable on booking and is non-refundable unless the session is cancelled by Sandra Cullen Photography. If your child is sick and notice is given, the session may be re-scheduled. If you do not show and do not give prior notice then an extra fee will be charged for re-scheduling.
Prices
You will be directed to the price list before confirming your booking and it is presumed that you will have read through and understood your options. No adjustments can be made to the prices after the session. All prices have been carefully considered to reflect the standard of imagery provided by Sandra Cullen Photography.
Proofs and ordering
There is no guarantee on the number of images which will be produced. Images may take up to 4 weeks to view depending on workload. You will be invited to an ordering session where your images will be revealed and different buying options presented. 10 – 20 images will be carefully selected for viewing and all orders will be due within 48 hours of viewing.
Artistic Input
It is down to the photographer to make decisions regarding the style and artistic input into the production of the pictures. This includes, but is not limited to, poses, props and number of images taken. Due the willingness of subjects it may not be possible to capture all the pictures requested or to the client’s full expectations. Images are fully edited before being presented to the client. Requests for additional edits are carried out at the discretion of Sandra Cullen Photography who reserves the right to charge the client accordingly.
Copyright & Reproduction
Sandra Cullen Photography retains the copyright to all images produced. No image can be copied, scanned or reproduced in any form without the prior consent of Sandra Cullen Photography. The Client may not alter, add to or manipulate any image or reproduce a picture in whole or in part without the written permission from Sandra Cullen Photography. Permission to reproduce a picture for personal use (not commercial purposes) is granted to the client by Sandra Cullen Photography only when digital images are purchased and paid for in full. Sandra Cullen Photography retains the right to use any pictures for the purposes of displays, advertising, portfolio, web content, publication or promotion.
No unedited pictures (RAW files) will be release to the clients and remain the property of Sandra Cullen Photography.
Where published to social media, each image must state that it is copyright to Sandra Cullen Photography. Smaller watermarked files will be provided and labelled “social media” for this purpose with compliments.
Cooling off period
All products purchased are non-refundable. Orders cannot be cancelled due to the custom nature of the products. Orders are made to the client’s personal specification, (image number, print size, frame style, etc.). By placing an order with Sandra Cullen Photography you are committing to buy the ordered products.
Returns and Quality policy
Incorrectly supplied items and items of poor quality can be returned and will be replaced at no extra charge to the client. Returns will not be considered for incorrectly ordered items or items ordered in error.
No responsibility is accepted for the outcome of print quality where a third party printer is used. Images are not guaranteed to conform to standard print sizes and ratios and therefore cropping may occur where images are not previewed and adjusted accordingly. Supermarket printers are not recommended for this reason.
Camera policy
Cameras, mobile phone cameras and camcorders are NOT permitted during any session, in studio or on location, without express permission from Sandra Cullen Photography.
